-How can I be notified about volunteer opportunities?

Email us at to get added to our mailing list. Additionally, keep an eye on our Facebook page for regular updates. 

-How do I donate food and water to the band?

Even if you cannot volunteer, we always accept food and water donations. We recommend dropping these items off in Marching Hundred Hall approx. three hours before kickoff. More information will be provided upon signing up. For game day questions, contact Amy Foster at 812-320-7310. 

-Where should I park on game day if I am volunteering?

A limited number of parking passes (usually four or five) are available from the Athletic Department.  They are for the grassy lot next to Marching Hundred Hall.  If you are donating supplies and need a pass for the game, let me know!  Otherwise, you can usually pull up on the East side of the building long enough to run supplies in.

-Why should I donate/volunteer?

Snacks, like the meals we have provided in past years, can be expensive. The average cost could be about $1000 per game to feed these hungry marchers (roughly $3 each) and we do not receive any assistance from the University. All donations and expenses are published on this site, and any excess monetary donations not used are held over for the next year.

-My marcher is vegetarian/vegan/gluten free/has allergies, will they be provided with alternatives?

In the past, we have received requests to provide vegan, gluten free, and other special dietary accommodations.  While we would love to be able to do this, it is simply too complicated due to the size of our group.  We will do the best we can to provide options.
